Position Overview
Lead the client-side delivery of a group-wide SAP transformation.
Act as the internal client-side lead, hold the System Integrator accountable, manage Oracle EBS and SAP coexistence, and drive governance using SAP Activate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the client-side PMO for the group-wide SAP rollout.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the System Integrator.
- Apply SAP Activate across the Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
- Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during the parallel operation of legacy Oracle EBS and SAP.
- Track System Integrator deliverables, service levels, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in IT project management.
- At least eight years of experience leading large-scale SAP implementations.
- Proven experience with complex migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP environments.
- SAP professional certification is mandatory.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
- SAP Activate certification is mandatory.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and conflict resolution expertise within the GCC or Middle East market.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
