Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors
- Strong hands on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments
- Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting
- Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians
- Understanding of ETL processes and integration between operational and enterprise systems
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and system implementation

Job Overview
- The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and supporting business systems and processes that enable asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence across the organization.
- The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and decision making.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors.
Mandatory Requirements
- SAP: Strong hands on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Inspection Planning, Work Order Management.
- Experience with custom SAP developments and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments.
- Data & Analytics: Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Industrial Systems: Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians.
- Understanding of ETL processes and integration between operational and enterprise systems.
- Business Systems Analysis: Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and system implementation.
- Ability to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate end to end resolution.
- Digital & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.
