Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
Salesforce Platform development tools
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
Highly Desirable
Strong experience with:
REST APIs and web services
JavaScript development
Enterprise system integrations
Corporate website integrations
Bespoke application integrations
Experience implementing and supporting:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
OAuth
SAML
Active Directory / ADFS
Experience with Salesforce data migration, data modelling, and schema design.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party solutions such as:
Eloqua
AppExchange products
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
