Role Overview
Develop Salesforce Platform solutions for Wealth Management Canada’s Advisor Desktop initiative.
Help implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Lightning capabilities to transform CRM engagement and data-driven analytics.
Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert within a software engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Assess business strategy, requirements, current-state environments, and technology choices to evaluate solution alternatives.
- Identify requirements trade-offs while considering CRM and Financial Services Cloud organization structures.
- Provide Salesforce expertise, training, and technical knowledge sharing across Wealth Management Canada.
- Ensure resiliency, scalability, security, and other non-functional considerations are included in solution design.
- Guide engineering teams in constructing and maintaining robust, secure, and efficient applications.
- Design and develop Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership for the CRM transformation onto Salesforce.
- Support scrum teams with requirements, user stories, technical analysis, and estimates.
- Support DevOps development and process efficiencies.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and internal standards.
