Role Overview
Cordis is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Sales Trainer to support the delivery of high-impact training programs for the U.S.
Sales organization.
This position plays a key role in preparing new and tenured sales teammates to succeed through expert facilitation, strong clinical and technical education, and support of large-scale training initiatives.
The Senior Sales Trainer will primarily focus on facilitating and delivering core training programs, while contributing to curriculum improvements and supporting the onboarding and development of new hires.
This role is designed as a critical bridge between foundational training responsibilities and future readiness for the Lead Sales Trainer level.

Ability to simplify complex clinical and procedural concepts for varied learner types.

Qualific ations
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with proven ability to engage adult learners.
Strong technical and clinical acumen in cardiovascular or endovascular procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training cycles simultaneously.
Ability to travel domestically up to 40% .
Required Experiences
Experience facilitating sales or clinical education in the medical device industry.
Experience coaching sales professionals or supporting new hire development.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training environments.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to validate content accuracy and support field readiness.
