Senior Sales Specialist - AI Workforce

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level customer and partner relationships around security, AI, and cloud transformation.
• Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities while driving customer value and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute account and sales strategies aligned with customer priorities and long-term objectives.
• Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Collaborate across Microsoft teams and partner ecosystems to deliver successful customer engagements and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Security solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technology sales, solution sales, account management, or related roles, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Information Security and 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
• 6+ years of solution sales or services sales experience.
