Job Summary
As a Mobility Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships for Swvl’s enterprise and government mobility solutions.
You will identify business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and deliver customized transportation solutions aligned with client needs.
Business Development
- Identify and target prospective clients including corporations, government entities, and educational institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Solution Consulting
- Present and communicate Swvl’s mobility solutions and value propositions
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored mobility solutions
Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams for smooth service delivery
- Share market insights and competitor analysis to support product improvements
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain pipeline reports, performance metrics, and client feedback
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development (mobility, tech, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of enterprise and government sales processes
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
