Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to manage daily transportation operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
You will play a key role in coordinating drivers, managing fleet activities, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transport operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage driver assignments, shifts, and trip schedules
- Handle service requests and arrange fleet replacements when required
- Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless operational support
- Monitor routes, trip performance, and resolve operational issues
- Address driver queries and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
- Ensure effective communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare daily operational reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
