- Manage the leasing of residential units in the complex
- Ensure achievement of the complex's financial and marketing objectives

- Communicate with potential and current tenants, respond to inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor rent collection and payments, take necessary action in case of delays

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 7 10 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in leasing residential properties and preparing lease agreements
- Knowledge of leasing regulations and contract management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is a plus
- Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem solving skills
