Senior Sales Manager - Ahmedabad

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive semiconductor business growth for our clients across key accounts.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure, building long-term relationships with OEMs, fabless companies, and design service providers.

• Own revenue targets and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for semiconductor IP, design services, and hardware solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 sales/business development executives
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
