- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the logistics and 3PL sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Understand customer supply chain requirements and develop customized logistics solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Sales Support, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information within the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Land Transportation, Warehousing, or Contract Logistics
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication skills in English
