- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, trading, and industrial sectors
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client visits
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or executive assistance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results driven Sales Executive cum Personal Assistant to support business development while providing executive level administrative assistance to the Group CEO.
- The ideal candidate is commercially minded, self motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, trading, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Monitor emails and ensure timely follow up on important matters.
- Assist in preparing company documents, tenders, and business proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or executive assistance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
