About the Role

- Develop and manage customer agreement elements and deploy to field execution teams
- Manage service levels with customers and resolve issues
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans
- Own and update customer share reports and scorecards monthly
- Identify business building and sales fundamentals opportunities
- Liaise with Finance on account reconciliation and customer receivables
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Develop, sell, and execute Category Management projects
- Plan and execute brand initiatives in coordination with Category Manager
- Monitor market and competitor activity and suggest action plans
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of Sales Executive experience with proven top performance
- Experience in Hospitality, Gym/Fitness, or Fitness Supplements industry preferred
- FMCG market experience in Dubai – UAE
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and customer focus skills
- Valid driver's license (motorized)
- Flexibility with shifts and travel

Role Purpose
- To plan, sell to the customer Head Office, and enable field operations team to execute In store Fundamentals and Sales Business Plans in assigned customers/brands to develop business and achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver on both customer and company objectives.
