About the Role
AmCan International Group, a leading distributor of specialty wellness products in the MENA region, seeks a Key Account Manager to lead and grow retail business for nutritional and sports supplements in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to expand and grow client base
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports
- Develop sales plans by region and customer
- Lead marketing, branding & sampling initiatives in selective accounts
- Conduct daily market visits & build strong store level relationships
- Identify new market opportunities & execute commercial strategies
Requirements
- BA in Business Administration/Marketing (MBA is a plus)
- 5 10 years of sales experience in petrol stations retail in UAE
- Experience in Fitness Supplements / Food industry preferred, with FMCG market experience in Dubai – UAE
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- UAE experience & driving license required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Arabic & English (Fluent)
