About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new HVAC project implementations and contracting opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
- Build and sustain relationships with key decision makers including MEP Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, and Facility Management companies
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Track client interactions and pipeline forecasts in CRM system
- Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to present tailored climate control solutions
- Monitor GCC industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 7 years of proven B2B sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or technical contracting in the UAE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Established network of industry contacts in Dubai market
- Valid UAE driving license
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English

About the Role
- We are expanding our Dubai operations and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business development for our HVAC project and implementation divisions.
- You will be the face of our company to top tier MEP consultants, main contractors, and real estate developers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new HVAC project implementations and contracting opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Build, manage, and sustain relationships with key decision makers including MEP Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, and Facility Management companies.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to complex contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Ensure all client interactions and pipeline forecasts are tracked within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and estimation teams to present tailored climate control solutions.
- Monitor GCC industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or technical contracting in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Established network of relevant industry contacts within the Dubai market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
