Salary: ₹15,000/month + Up to ₹13,000 Incentives + PF + ESI
Role Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving store sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, upselling, and supporting the store team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, and stock availability.
- Support billing and stock replenishment when required.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Guide and support junior/fresher sales staff.
- Share customer feedback, stock issues, and sales updates with the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
