Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned projects and territories to meet revenue, margin, and collection targets
- Identify, qualify, and win new project opportunities while growing business with existing accounts
- Conduct regular client and site visits; build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients
- Prepare and submit technical submittals, proposals, and documentation to secure technical approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and on time collections
- Plan and support marketing activities and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Manage the CRM database; track opportunities, forecasts, complaints, and resolutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing; provide timely reports and recommendations
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in project sales and business development within building materials or related sectors
- Proven track record managing end to end project sales, from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and collections
- Good technical understanding of gypsum boards, wood partitions, and raised floors, or similar products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with CRM and MS Office; strong planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel within the assigned region
