About the Role
Mawahib Talent Hub seeks an HR Director to lead the HR function in Qatar, driving strategy and operations across talent, employee relations, performance, rewards, learning, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead end to end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Drive employee relations, engagement, and a high performance culture
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and internal HR policies
- Advise leadership with HR analytics, reporting, and organization design/development
- Build HR processes and governance that enhance efficiency and scalability
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in talent management, C&B, performance, L&D, and ER
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred
