We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the ELV Division in Abu Dhabi to bridge technical expertise with sales, driving business growth in enterprise ELV and security systems. The role involves identifying project opportunities, designing tailored solutions, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in ELV & Security Systems across enterprise, government, and semi government clients in Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct site surveys and understand client technical requirements, pain points, and project scope.
- Develop solution concepts for systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and other ELV solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, single line diagrams, and system designs aligned with client/consultant standards.
- Support preparation of tenders, technical proposals, and presentations with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
- Liaise with pre sales and engineering teams to validate feasibility, product selection, and compliance.
- Build relationships with key decision makers, consultants, contractors, and end users to position as a trusted technical advisor.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos to showcase system capabilities.
- Address technical queries, clarifications, and support during bid and post award stages.
- Coordinate with project delivery, design, and procurement teams for smooth handover post order confirmation.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and new ELV technologies to keep offerings competitive.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years progressive experience in sales engineering or technical sales of ELV & Security Systems in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, etc.
- Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and prepare technical submittals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, etc.
- Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and prepare technical submittals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required for client/consultant visits and site surveys.
- Experience navigating Abu Dhabi government, semi government, and large private sector projects preferred.
- Knowledge of local authority approvals, standards, and tendering process preferred.
