Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in ELV & Security Systems across enterprise, government, and semi government clients in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct site surveys and understand client technical requirements, pain points, and project scope
- Develop solution concepts for systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and other ELV solutions
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, single line diagrams, and system designs aligned with client/consultant standards
- Support preparation of tenders, technical proposals, and presentations with accurate technical and commercial inputs
- Build relationships with key decision makers, consultants, contractors, and end users to position as a trusted technical advisor
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos to showcase system capabilities
- Address technical queries, clarifications, and support during bid and post award stages
- Coordinate with project delivery, design, and procurement teams for smooth handover post order confirmation
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and new ELV technologies to keep offerings competitive
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions
Requirements
- 5–7 years progressive experience in sales engineering or technical sales of ELV & Security Systems in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, etc.
- Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and prepare technical submittals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus

- Develop solution concepts for systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and other ELV solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, single line diagrams, and system designs aligned with client/consultant standards.
- Support preparation of tenders, technical proposals, and presentations with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
- Liaise with pre sales and engineering teams to validate feasibility, product selection, and compliance.
- Build relationships with key decision makers, consultants, contractors, and end users to position as a trusted technical advisor.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos to showcase system capabilities and differentiate our solutions.
- Address technical queries, clarifications, and support during bid and post award stages.
- Coordinate with project delivery, design, and procurement teams for smooth handover post order confirmation.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and new ELV technologies to keep our offerings competitive.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years progressive experience in sales engineering or technical sales of Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) & Security Systems in the UAE, Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, etc.
- Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and prepare technical submittals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required for client/consultant visits and site surveys.
- Experience navigating Abu Dhabi government, semi government, and large private sector projects preferred.
- Knowledge of local authority approvals, standards, and tendering process preferred.
- Self motivated, proactive, and target oriented with strong problem solving skills.
- High integrity and professionalism in client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical + project teams in a fast paced environment.
