We are hiring an Inside Sales & Social Media Executive for our Dubai office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, and managing social media platforms to generate brand awareness and leads.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure
- Maintain CRM and update daily sales reports
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing
- Manage and grow company social media pages Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Create content, posts, reels, and captions to engage audience
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries on social platforms
- Run basic paid ads/campaigns and track performance
- Monitor trends and suggest ideas to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- 0 1 year experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Social Media
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, content creation and scheduling tools
- Computer literate MS Office, Google Sheets
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Good phone manner, presentable, and customer focused

Job Summary

Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 AED 3,000
- Commission/Incentives based on sales performance
- Training will be provided
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law
