Position Summary

  • Seeking a technically strong and results driven Senior Sales Engineer for our ELV division.
  • The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with sales to identify project opportunities, design tailored ELV solutions, and support business growth in Abu Dhabi’s enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in ELV & Security Systems across enterprise, government, and semi government clients in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct site surveys and understand client technical requirements, pain points, and project scope.
  • Develop solution concepts for systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and other ELV solutions.
  • Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, single line diagrams, and system designs aligned with client/consultant standards.
  • Support preparation of tenders, technical proposals, and presentations with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demos to showcase system capabilities.
  • Coordinate with project delivery, design, and procurement teams for smooth handover post order confirmation.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and new ELV technologies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • 5 7 years progressive experience in sales engineering or technical sales of Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) & Security Systems in the UAE, Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, etc.
  • Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and prepare technical submittals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license required for client/consultant visits and site surveys.
  • Experience navigating Abu Dhabi government, semi government, and large private sector projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of local authority approvals, standards, and tendering process preferred.
