Responsibilities
- Manage full sales and leasing cycle including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closure for residential/commercial properties
- Maintain up to date portfolio of listings, prepare and review lease documents, coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams
- Provide high quality customer service and support resident and client retention efforts
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals
- Stay current with market trends, pricing, and developer offerings, and contribute to sales strategies and team targets
Requirements
- Strong leasing expertise with ability to manage end to end leasing process
- Customer focused approach with proven customer service and resident retention skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated sales and real estate experience, preferably in UAE market, with track record of meeting targets
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations and property market dynamics in Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple client accounts, and adapt in fast paced environment
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The consultant will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closure for residential and/or commercial properties.
- The role includes maintaining listings, preparing lease documents, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing high quality customer service.
- The consultant will also stay current with market trends and contribute to sales strategies and team targets.
Qualifications
- Strong leasing expertise, including experience with leases and lease administration.
- Customer focused approach with proven customer service and resident retention skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated sales and real estate experience, preferably in the UAE market, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, documentation requirements, and property market dynamics in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple client accounts, and adapt quickly in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred; relevant real estate certifications or RERA/ARB certifications are an advantage.
