Role Description

  • Manage end to end sales and leasing process including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Provide market insights and investment advice.
  • Ensure high levels of resident retention and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review lease documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new developments.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and leasing processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in property leases and lease administration.
  • Proven experience in resident retention.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Track record in sales and leasing within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Solid knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.
  • Ability to work on site and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
