Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing transactions.
  • Prepare and review lease documents, coordinate with landlords and tenants, and ensure accurate and timely lease administration.
  • Provide high quality customer service, follow up with leads, and maintain ongoing communication to support resident retention and referrals.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as listing, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in leases and leasing processes, including lease negotiation, documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience in lease administration and related real estate operations.
  • Proven ability in customer service and resident retention.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Solid knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and developer offerings.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are highly preferred.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
