About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing transactions
- Advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities
- Prepare and review lease and sales documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely lease administration in coordination with internal teams
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Support resident retention initiatives
- Deliver high quality customer service at every stage of the client journey
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support property promotion
- Attend industry events and contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets
Requirements
- Strong leasing expertise, including experience with leases, lease administration, and end to end sales and leasing processes
- Demonstrated ability in resident retention, with a focus on client relationship management and long term occupancy strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing within the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, property documentation, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in CRM and property listing platforms
- Ability to work on site, including evenings and weekends when required
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage

Role Description
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing transactions.
