Role Description

  • We are seeking a Senior Sales Advisor High Jewelry with a strong client network and deep expertise in high jewelry.
  • This role is focused on building long term relationships, driving high value sales, and advising clients on bespoke and investment pieces.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a client first approach and the ability to cultivate long term relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey high jewelry craftsmanship, gemstone quality, heritage, and exclusivity in a refined, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Proven expertise in luxury client service, demonstrating discretion, precision, trust, confidentiality, and an elevated level of personalized attention.
  • Strong sales track record within luxury retail, high jewelry, fine jewelry, watches, or other high value luxury sectors, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of luxury clientele, including VIP clients, private collectors, and international customers, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill bespoke requests.
  • Advanced product knowledge of diamonds, precious gemstones, high jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and bespoke jewelry services.
  • Experience in clienteling and after sales relationship management, ensuring repeat business, referrals, and long term brand loyalty.
  • Leadership and mentoring capability, with experience guiding junior sales advisors, sharing best practices, and elevating team performance.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify sales opportunities, manage high value transactions, and contribute to boutique performance.
  • Knowledge of the luxury jewelry and high end retail industry is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Luxury Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in gemology (e.g., GIA) or luxury retail training are considered a strong advantage.
