Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities that support long term growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic business opportunities
- Research new markets, industries, and sectors to identify potential growth opportunities
- Develop innovative client acquisition channels aligned with the House's positioning
- Identify, negotiate, and develop long term partnerships with organizations
- Develop collaboration proposals that create mutual value and generate commercial opportunities
- Support international expansion by identifying opportunities in new and existing markets
- Develop and secure exclusive collaborations and events that generate qualified business opportunities
- Build relationships with leading luxury magazines, editors, journalists, and media partners
- Work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality, PR, Commercial Development, or related field
- Exceptional networking and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities independently and turn ideas into reality
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities that support the long term growth of Jahan Genève Worldwide.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic business opportunities.
- Research new markets, industries, and sectors to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Develop innovative client acquisition channels aligned with the positioning of the House.
- Identify, negotiate, and develop long term partnerships with organisations that align with the values and positioning of Jahan Genève.
- Develop collaboration proposals that create mutual value while generating meaningful commercial opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long term collaboration and continued growth.
- Support the international expansion of Jahan Genève by identifying opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Research local ecosystems and establish relationships with organisations capable of supporting market entry.
- Develop commercial partnership strategies that facilitate brand awareness, client acquisition, and long term market presence.
- Create local collaboration opportunities that introduce the House to qualified audiences prior to entering a market.
- Develop and secure exclusive collaborations and events that generate qualified business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality, PR, Commercial Development, or a related field.
