Overview

  • David Webb is seeking a highly motivated and commercially talented Senior Sales Advisor for our Doha boutique.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales is required, together with a demonstrable track record of exceptional client service and sustained sales performance.
  • Candidates must already be based in Qatar — relocation will not be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual sales performance consistently in line with personal KPIs and boutique targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition, repeat business, and portfolio development.
  • Assist in clienteling initiatives and boutique events.
  • Build and maintain a personal VVIP client portfolio, delivering a highly personalized, anticipatory level of service.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records including purchase history, preferences, significant milestones, and follow up notes.
  • Proactively re engage clients through personalized outreach, new arrivals, and seasonal communications.
  • Uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation, product knowledge, and personal presentation.
  • Assist management with stock takes, inventory management, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry, with a strong and verifiable sales record.
  • An established personal client book within Qatar or wider GCC.
  • Genuine product passion and solid knowledge base across fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury goods.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; natural warmth and sophistication.
  • Well organized, proactive, and dependable, with a team first attitude.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and cultural awareness across Qatar's international clientele.
  • Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage; proficiency in additional languages is welcomed.
