Project & Application Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineers, and customers to define optimal automation solutions
- Develop robotic system concepts, bills of materials, configurations, and sales support documentation
- Create functional specifications, equipment manuals, and training materials
- Design and engineer pneumatic systems
- Provide input to mechanical teams on robotic tooling and system design
Engineering & Execution
Perform robotic simulations using Fanuc RoboGuide and iRPickTool
Develop and modify Rockwell PLC and HMI programs
Program Fanuc robots for picking, packing, and vision‑guided applications (including iRVision )
Develop, test, and implement software for integrated automation systems
Support system integration, debug, testing, and factory acceptance
Installation & Customer Support
Support equipment installation, startup, and debugging at customer sites
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Train customers on system operation and maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems
