Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in metal fabrication or machining
• High school diploma or equivalent (on‑the‑job training accepted)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Conveyor experience is a plus

Skills & Attributes

• Comfortable with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, email)
• Driven self‑starter with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• High attention to safety, quality, and organization
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, bend, and occasionally climb short ladders for an 8‑hour shift
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Available to work 40 hours per week , with overtime as needed
