Rail Capability Opportunity
Mace is expanding its rail capability across the Middle East, supporting high-speed rail, conventional rail, metro, and complex station programmes.
The role supports ambitious transport programmes and the development of regional rail capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk management performance across assigned commissions and implement effective risk frameworks and strategies.
- Advise clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on risk-related matters.
- Provide expert guidance on risk identification, assessment, escalation, and management.
- Facilitate risk workshops covering opportunities, mitigation strategies, and overall risk exposure.
- Track mitigation ownership and integrate risk actions into project plans.
- Lead quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule and assess contingency adequacy.
- Produce and present risk reports in line with governance frameworks and relevant legislation.
- Mentor team members, support resource planning and recruitment, integrate risk with planning and PMO, and promote carbon reduction.
About You
- Proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes is required.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced delivery environments is expected.
