Job Purpose
Lead the performance and profitability of assigned drilling rigs within the Operations department.
Own HSE, maintenance, operations, personnel management, subcontractors, and asset protection or management.
Build a culture of safety and collaboration while supporting efficient, cost-effective project completion.
Rig Operations and Management
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day drilling operations and well completion.
- Manage overall rig performance, profitability, and operational integrity.
- Lead quality assurance, HSE compliance, and safety initiatives.
- Manage multiple drilling crews and subcontractors and oversee training and development.
- Coordinate rig logistics, supply chains, and external support services.
Clients and Stakeholders
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients.
- Build positive long-term client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Address stakeholder needs while supporting efficient project delivery.
