Senior RF Engineer

You are a highly experienced RF engineering professional who thrives in complex operational environments and enjoys solving critical communications challenges.

Engineering qualification or significant equivalent experience in RF engineering, telecommunications or critical communications.

Minimum five years demonstrated experience in MotoTrbo Cap Max system design and implementation

Significant experience designing, implementing and supporting DMR, Private LTE, microwave or mission-critical communications networks.

Demonstrated success delivering communications solutions within mining, resources, oil & gas, utilities or industrial sectors.

Expert understanding of RF system design, propagation, coverage analysis and communications infrastructure.

Experience producing engineering documentation, technical reports and network design packages.

Strong project delivery, commercial awareness and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience with AutoCAD and telecommunications design tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence customers, project teams and technical stakeholders.

Work on some of Australia's most significant mining and industrial communications projects.
