Account Manager Colocation

You'll bring a customer-first mindset, commercial acumen and a passion for building long-term partnerships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, confidently managing multiple stakeholders while balancing customer expectations, revenue objectives and operational outcomes.

To be successful, you'll have:

Experience in account management, sales or customer relationship management within telecommunications, infrastructure or a related industry

Proven success managing customer portfolios and delivering against revenue, performance and service outcomes

Knowledge of colocation, tower infrastructure, site sharing arrangements or telecommunications network environments

Experience coordinating new site applications, infrastructure upgrades or similar operational processes

Strong commercial and contractual understanding, including pricing, proposals and agreement renewals

Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes while strengthening customer relationships

Confidence analysing performance data, maintaining pipeline visibility and reporting on account outcomes

Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage customer activity and opportunities

Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the Australian telecommunications or mobile network operator landscape is highly regarded

Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous
