Mineral Resources (MinRes) is seeking an experienced Senior Resource Geologist to join our Exploration & Geology Technical Services team in Perth.
Reporting to the Principal Resource Geologist, you will support the growing resource-estimation requirements as drilling activity increases across our Lithium and Iron Ore Operations. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality Resource Models helping deliver robust geological outcomes that inform project development and operational decision-making.

To be successful, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in Geology, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
At least 6 years’ experience in the mining industry, including five or more years in resource geology.
Demonstrated understanding of mineral resource-estimation principles and practices.
Experience developing and reporting resource models.
Strong 3D geological-modelling capability using Vulcan and/or Leapfrog.
A sound understanding of drilling-data QAQC principles and practices.
Experience using the acQuire geological database.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across diverse project settings.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to safe, responsible and high-quality technical work.
