Senior Project Engineer

This role will report directly to the Project Manager where you will provide ongoing engineering support to our construction projects.

The Role:

Provide support to Project Manager.

Weekly and EOM reporting and forecasting.

Progress review and build recovery plan as required.

Mentor and coach project engineer(s).

Provide technical leadership and guidance to site Leadership team and project teams.

Coordinate equipment and materials to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.

Monitor construction progress, track milestones, and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Liaise with design team, expediters, and hold delivery registers for communicating to the site team.

Coordinate and liaise with asset owner, mining and operations team.

Arranging third party testing in line with site progress

Assist with Inspection and test plans and field inspection check sheets sign off in a timely fashion.

Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

What you will bring to the team:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical).

5 years' experience in similar role working on large Construction Projects.

Dry and Wet Plant Construction and Commissioning experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality work outputs.
