Responsibilities
- Conducting professional site supervision of all civil and architectural works
- Reviewing civil materials and concrete mix design submittals and coordinating with Employer/ID designer for finishing and ID material
- Reviewing MEP material submittals, MEP shop drawings and executed MEP works
- Cross checking bar bending schedules and reinforcement details
- Preparing and reviewing Contractor's weekly/monthly construction progress reports
- Evaluating, preparing and issuing monthly Payment Certificates, Taking over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates
- Reviewing coordination shop drawings and conducting productive coordination meetings
- Conducting weekly progress meetings and preparing minutes of meetings
- Reviewing Contractor's resources allocation and planning
- Reviewing Contractor's construction methodology and proposing ideas
- Reviewing Contractor's CL.14 program
- Reviewing Contractor's EOT claims and issuing recommendations/determinations
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in Construction field as Senior Resident Engineer as a Consultant
- Society of Engineers (SOE UAE) valid Member
- Strong Leadership, communication and coordination skills
- Arabic speaker

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in Construction field as Senior Resident Engineer as a Consultant.
- Society of Engineers (SOE UAE) valid Member.
- Strong Leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Preferably IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
