We're looking for an exceedingly talented Senior Release Engineer to work as part of the Risk Intelligence Engineering Support team.
As a Senior Release Engineer, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the release strategy for our products, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure delivery across environments.
You will lead initiatives to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and leverage AWS services to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Collaborating closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams, you’ll ensure that release processes align with architectural standards and business objectives, enabling faster time-to-market and enhanced customer value.
This role requires participation in a shift-based to support critical release activities and production deployments outside of regular business hours.
Candidates should be prepared to monitor release windows, respond to deployment issues, troubleshoot failures in CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases, service continuity, and minimal downtime.
Mentoring members of the team also forms a crucial part of the role, working alongside the team management to ensure that the team has the capabilities it needs to deliver.
