Job Purpose

Relationship management of designated corporate portfolio with the objective of building the quality/profitability of the portfolio by developing existing accounts and sourcing new relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and review of allocated portfolio. Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the Relationship strategy taking into account potential earnings maximization and MB’s risk appetite, seeking opportunities for cross sales across all MB products/services
  • Identify new prospects within target market to pursue growth opportunities
  • External control follows ups include periodic client calls with call reports, documentations, operational issues, account/facility utilization, payment regularization, field visits and gather latest market feedback
  • Internal control includes follow up on credit reviews, Documentation process with documentation unit, Credit approval process follow up with Credit, Operational issues with operations and other business segments
  • Prepare and Structure Term sheets, Pre-Screen memos, Financial Models, Risk rating modules and Economic profitability reports
  • Gather all the required information for new credit proposals. Completion of credit proposals in conjunction with Corporate Support Services in accordance with MB’s standard guidelines and formats.
  • Explore vertical and horizontal relationships with existing clients across their Group J owner affiliations. Cross selling of MB’s products and services from other Business Divisions.
