- Manage compliance monitoring for assigned entities across investment services, banking, and virtual assets
- Conduct compliance reviews and gap analyses to identify risks and recommend remediation
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact, updating compliance frameworks proactively
- Manage CMA, VARA, and other licensing requirements and regulatory engagement
- Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Prepare regulatory reports and submissions
- Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits
- Partner with engineers to build AI automation for compliance operations
- Provide compliance guidance to internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in regulatory compliance in financial services
- Experience with compliance monitoring, working with regulators, and managing licensing or regulatory requirements
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks for investment services, banking, or virtual assets
- Experience with CMA, VARA, or similar offshore regulators is valuable
- Ability to work independently and make judgment calls
- Comfortable with AI and automation tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Degree in law, compliance, finance, or related field

- Manage CMA, VARA (and other) licensing requirements and regulatory engagement.
- Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Ensure frameworks meet regulatory obligations.
- Prepare regulatory reports and submissions. Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
- Partner with engineers to build AI automation for compliance operations.
- Provide compliance guidance to internal teams. Translate regulatory requirements into practical terms.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in regulatory compliance in financial services.
- You understand regulatory frameworks for investment services, banking, or virtual assets.
- You work independently. You make judgment calls, prioritize effectively, and take accountability for outcomes without constant supervision.
- You're comfortable with AI and automation.
- You communicate clearly across teams. Strong English.
- You have a degree in law, compliance, finance, or a related field.

- You'll make calls when regulations are unclear and when guidance hasn't been formalized.
