- Develop and grow Mzad Qatar's real estate advertising portfolio
- Identify, approach, and onboard real estate developers, brokers, agencies, and property management companies
- Promote classified listings, premium property advertisements, and digital marketing solutions
- Build and maintain long term relationships with major real estate companies and key decision makers
- Represent Mzad Qatar at real estate exhibitions, networking events, corporate meetings, and industry presentations
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate advertising agreements and close high value business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within Qatar's real estate sector
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar's real estate, property advertising, classified advertising, or B2B sales industry
- Strong network within Qatar's real estate market
- Proven ability to work with large corporate clients and property developers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)

About the Role
- Mzad Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our real estate advertising business.
- The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, an established network, and a proven ability to secure strategic advertising partnerships.
