This is not a routine accounting role — we need someone who can
handle complexity, ensure precision, and bring structure to large-scale financial operations

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile
- high-volume daily transactions
- across multiple platforms
- Handle and maintain
- complex financial spreadsheets
- , ensuring 100% accuracy
- Perform
- monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reconciliations
- (bank, wallets, vendors, customers)
- Investigate and resolve
- discrepancies, mismatches, and financial anomalies
- Coordinate closely with
- internal teams (sales, operations, tech)
- and external customers
- Respond to financial queries and provide
- clear, accurate explanations
- Maintain structured financial records and ensure
- audit readiness at all times
- Support
- financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Continuously improve processes for
- efficiency, automation, and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience handling
- large transaction volumes and complex financial data
- Advanced expertise in
- Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong understanding of
- reconciliation processes and financial controls
- Exceptional
- attention to detail
- — zero-error mindset
- Ability to
- prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to handle
- cross-functional and customer interactions
- Experience in
- e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms
