Role Overview

Compensation and Support

• The compensation structure offers commission of up to 100%.
• The company provides qualified leads, digital marketing support, personal-branding support, and a professional CRM system.
• The company provides a laptop, SIM, UAE employment visa, Emirates ID, RERA support, and sales management support.

Work Environment

• The company offers a premium office on Sheikh Zayed Road.
• The stated regular days off are Saturday and Sunday.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of closed transactions.
• Experience in the secondary market and/or off-plan real estate.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Excellent client management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to secure listings and build an independent network.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Dubai or UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified company-generated leads.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Secure quality listings.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Develop an independent pipeline and network.
