- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, responsive user interfaces using React and its ecosystem, utilizing AI powered tools
- Architect and optimize client side state management and data fetching from RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines for front end applications
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid level front end engineers
- Actively research and experiment with AI technologies to enhance developer productivity and code quality
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in front end applications
- Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmap for front end architecture and design systems
- Recommend and develop security measures for the client side
Requirements
- 6 10 years of relevant experience in a Front End or UI Developer role
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and advanced JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript
- Extensive experience with React Framework (16.8+, Hooks, Context API) and its ecosystem
- Proficiency with modern state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
- Proven experience translating Figma/Sketch designs into pixel perfect, responsive UIs
- Strong proficiency in consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Hands on experience with front end build tools (Webpack, Vite), package managers (NPM, Yarn), and CI/CD practices
- Experience with unit and component testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and end to end testing (Cypress, Playwright)
- Demonstrable exposure and practical experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, v0.dev, Claude, and Codex
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into software development workflows
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases from a consumer's perspective.
- Experience with unit/integration testing and commitment to writing clean, testable code.

- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Front End Development.

Salary Range
- Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: CAD 120,800.00 CAD 170,800.00
