Senior Quantum Engineer - Algorithms and QEC

PhD in physics, quantum engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industrial experience.

Demonstrated experience measuring quantum processors with 10+ qubits in academic or industrial environments.

Hands-on experience with quantum error correction experiments or benchmarking protocols.

Proven track record of leading experimental research projects to completion, evidenced by publications or equivalent industrial outcomes.

Proficiency in coding using Python, including for measurement and data analysis.

Strong background in analysing and interpreting complex experimental datasets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to lead and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with shared ownership of outcomes.

Experience with spin qubits in silicon or other semiconductor qubit platforms.

Strong background in RF measurement techniques and microwave engineering.

Experience supervising or mentoring junior researchers.
