Performance & Reward Manager

You have overseen performance and reward in a fast-growing, high-performance organisation, and you know how to make the two work together

You have designed and run performance review cycles that people trust, and remuneration review cycles that hold up to scrutiny

You are fluent in levelling and progression frameworks, and you can build the matrices that make career growth clear and consistent, including for highly technical career paths

You know how to benchmark against the market, create remuneration ranges, and keep them current as the market moves

You bring experience of both the Australian and US compensation markets

You have worked in deeply technical environments, developing structures that fit them, such as parallel technical and leadership career tracks

You are comfortable advising on executive and director remuneration, and presenting it clearly to a board where required

You bring rigour to reward decisions, and you can explain the logic behind every number

You balance fairness and competitiveness, and you design frameworks built to scale

You thrive in high-accountability, fast-moving environments where the quality of your work is visible
