Position Overview
Ambatt Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports construction and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of quantity surveying experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Strong experience in cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting is required.
- Experience with BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, tendering, contract documentation, variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts is required.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contracts is required.
- Excellent MS Excel and cost management software skills are required.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
- Construction or infrastructure project experience is required, while GCC experience is preferred.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The employment type is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity surveying activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
