Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor (Post‑Tender Stage) is responsible for managing all post‑contract commercial activities, ensuring contractual compliance, accurate cost control, timely payments, and effective administration of variations, claims, and final accounts.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.

• Prepare and certify interim valuations for contractors and subcontractors.
• Review and validate supplier & consultant payment applications based on actual progress.
• Ensure all payment certificates comply with contractual and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of certified payments for reconciliation and audit purposes.

• Evaluate variation orders and assess associated cost impacts.
