Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost control for projects across hospitality, residential, buildings, and infrastructure sectors.
- Handle remeasure contracts, valuation of site wide works, and variations.
- Review and process WIR/MIR submissions and validate cost and progress.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost reports.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years on government or major UAE programs
- Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site wide works
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows
- Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation
- Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel
- Experience on giga projects or large scale infrastructure developments is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced, multi discipline environment
- Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years

Overview
- AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.
Your Role
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
